| dc.description.abstract |
Cílem práce je provést evaluaci rozpočtu obce Sušice a následně ze zjištěných poznatků vyvodit vhodný návrh optimalizace hospodaření této obce. Tato práce je rozčleněna do dvou částí, na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je provedena literární rešerši týkající se územních samosprávných celků ČR, jejich rozpočtů, dotací a CBA. Praktická část práce zpracovává analýzu rozpočtu vybrané obce, přesněji jejich příjmů a výdajů. Na základě této analýzy byla navržena optimalizace hospodaření obce v rámci, které byla provedena analýza dotační politiky pro vybranou obec. Na základě výsledků této analýzy byl vybrán dotační titul vhodný pro optimalizaci rozpočtu obce. |

The aim of the work is to evaluate the budget of the municipality Sušice and then derive from the findings a suitable proposal for optimizing the management of this municipality. This work is divided into two parts, the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, a literature research is performed concerning territorial self-governing units of the Czech Republic, their budgets, subsidies and CBA. The practical part of the work deals with the analysis of the budget of the selected municipality, more precisely their revenues and expenses. Based on this analysis, the optimization of the municipality's economic management was proposed, within which an analysis of the subsidy policy for the selected municipality was performed. Based on the results of this analysis, a grant title suitable for optimizing the municipality's budget was selected. |
