dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá projektem aplikací metody SMED na vybraných linkách ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem práce je snížit průměrnou dobu přetypování na těchto linkách o 15 %. Diplomová práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část je tvořena teoretickými poznatky, sloužících jako základ pro následnou praktickou část práce. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou současného stavu přestavby a poté se přímo zabývá aplikací metody SMED. Výstupem diplomové práce je nový standard pro přestavbu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the project of application of the SMED method on selected lines in a selected company. The aim of the thesis is to reduce the average changeover time on these lines by 15 %. The diploma thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical section consists of theoretical knowledge, which serves as a basis for the subsequent practical section of the thesis. The practical part deals with the analysis of the current state of the changeover and then directly deals with the application of the SMED method. The output of the diploma thesis is a new standard for the changeover.
