dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce popisuje zavádění interního e-Kanbanu na vybraných světlometech ve společnosti Montix Horka a.s. Celá diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí, které na sebe postupně navazují. První částí je teoretická oblast, jenž je zpracována formou literární rešerše a poskytuje důležité podklady pro vypracování praktické části. Ná-sleduje analytická část praktické práce, která popisuje důvody výběru výrobních hal a svět-lometů pro potřeby projektu interního e-Kanbanu. V poslední praktické části se již nachází samostatná aplikace této lean metody, jejímž cílem je snížení zásob ve výrobních halách alespoň o 50 %.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis describes the implementation of internal e-Kanban on selected head-lights in the company Montix Horka a.s. It is divided into two main parts that gradually follow each other. The first part is theoretical which is processed as a literary research and provides important materials for the elaboration of the practical part. Followed by analyti-cal part of the practical work, which describes the reasons for the choice of the production halls and headlights for the requirement of the internal e-Kanban project. In the last practi-cal part is application of this lean method which has target to reduce supply in the produ-ction halls at least by 50 %.
