dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práca sa zameriava na racionalizáciu výrobného procesu s ohľadom na zamedzenie reklamácií tovaru z dôvodu zamiešania dielov. Východiskové teoretické poznatky sú spracované formou rešerše zamerané na skúmanú problematiku. Praktická časť obsahuje analýzu súčasného stavu, podľa ktorej je spracované vymedzenie projektu spolu s cieľmi projektu. Projekt obsahuje dve kategórie a to návrhy na riešenie predchádzajúce vzniku problému prostredníctvom zavedenia vizuálnych prvkov a nápravné opatrenie v zavedení 100% kontroly. Záver práce patrí vyhodnoteniu projektu a návrhom na budúce zlepšenie.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The master thesis focuses on the rationalization of the production process with regard to the prevention of complaints about goods due to the mixing of parts. Initial theoretical knowledge is processed in the form of research focused on the researched issues. The prac-tical part contains an analysis of the current state, according to which the definition of the project is processed together with the objectives of the project. The project contains two categories, namely proposals for solutions to prevent the problem from arising through the introduction of visual elements and corrective action in the introduction of 100% control. The conclusion of the work belongs to the evaluation of the project and suggestions for future improvement.
