dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou mezigeneračního učení. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je rozdělena do tří kapitol, první kapitola je zaměřena na mezigenerační učení, edukační realitu a demografické změny ve společnosti. Druhá kapitola se blíže zabývá mezigeneračním učením v rodině, sendvičovou generací a mezigeneračními kurzy. Poslední kapitola je věnována vývojovým fázím a jejich specifikům. V praktické části je využito kvantitativního výzkumu, který zjišťuje názory respondentů různých generací, jak vnímají mezigenerační učení ve svých rodinách.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with the issue of intergenerational learning. It is divided in the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part is subdivided into three chapters, the first chapter is focused on intergenerational learning, educational reality and demographic changes in society. The second chapter deals in more detail with intergenerational learning in the family, sandwich generation and intergenerational courses. The last chapter is devoted to the developmental stages and their specifics. In the practical part is used quantitative research, which find out the views of respondents of different generations, how they perceive intergenerational learning in their families.
