dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá resiliencí učitelek v mateřských školách. Teoretická část diplomové práce se skládá ze tří kapitol. V první kapitole vymezujeme pojem resilience, zaměříme se na faktory, které ji ovlivňují a také se zaměříme na stres, který je s resiliencí úzce spojen. Druhá kapitola se zabývá osobností učitele, jeho kompetencemi a psychickými projevy. Ve třetí kapitole se věnujeme pracovní zátěži a všemu s ní spojené. V praktické části se pokusíme zjistit míru resilience u učitelek v běžných mateřských školách a v mateřských školách s integrovanými dětmi.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the resilience of teachers in kindergartens. The theoretical part of diploma consists of three chapters. In the first chapter we define the concept of resilience, we focus in the factors that affect it and we also focus in stress, which is closely related to resilience. The second chapter deals with the teacher's personality, his competency and psychological manifestations. In the third chapter we deal with the workload and everything connected with it. In the practical part we will try to find out the degree of resilience of teachers in current kindergartens and in kindergartens with integrated children.
