dc.description.abstract	Práce nazvaná "Porušování práv v sociálních službách" se zabývá omezováním a porušováním základních lidských práv uživatelů sociálních služeb. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, první část je část teoretická, která se zabývá lidskými právy obecně, dokumenty, jejich implementací v sociální práci, lidskou důstojností, dále uplatňováním moci pracovníka, opatřením omezující pohyb osob a následně samotným sociálním službám, transformaci a deinstitucionalizaci služeb a standardům kvality. Praktická část zjišťuje míru porušování práv v sociálních službách a míru zachování lidské důstojnosti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Work entitled "Violation of rights in social services" is focused on violating of the human rights of users of social services. The work is focused on two parts, the first part is theoretical, which deals with human rights in general, documents, their implementation in social work, human dignity, further the power of social worker, measures restricting movement and social services, transformation and deinstitutionalization of services and quality standards. The practical part examines the degree of violation of rights in social services and the degree of maintaining human dignity.
