Diplomová práce zaměřena na předsudky a stereotypy pracovníků pomáhajících profesí nabízí porozumění, jak prožívají zkušenosti s tímto jevem samotní pracovníci, jejichž klientelu tvoří osoby, proti kterým jsou předsudky a stereotypy mířeny nejčastěji. Výsledky našeho výzkumu mohou umožnit nahlédnout na tento fenomén z perspektivy pracovníků a umožní nám pochopit, jakou roli pro ně v jejich profesi předsudky a stereotypy zastávají a jaké mechanismy používají k jejich regulaci. Teoretická část nabízí náhled na danou problematiku z hlediska rozboru odborné literatury. V praktické části zpracované metodou interpretativní fenomenologické analýzy, prezentujeme výsledky z perspektivy jednotlivých témat a jednotlivých respondentů. |

The diploma thesis focused on prejudices and stereotypes of workers in helping professions offers an understanding the role of their experience with this phenomenon. Their clients consist of persons against whom prejudictes and stereotypes are most often directed. The results of our research can provide an insight into this phenomenon from the perspective of workers and allow us to understand what role prejudictes and stereotypes play for them in their profession and what mechanisms they use to regulate them. The theoretical part offers an insight into the issue in terms of analysis of the literature. In the practical part, processed by the method of interpretative phenomenological analysis, we present the results from the perspective of topics and respondents. |
