dc.description.abstract	Tématem diplomové práce je Asertivita jako důležitý prvek komunikace u studentů pomáhajících profesí. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, na teoretickou část a na praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením asertivity, její definice, asertivními technikami, právy a povinnostmi. Dále se zaměřuje na oblast komunikace a na vymezení kompetencí pracovníků pomáhajících profesí. Praktická část slouží k prezentaci výsledků dat získaných z kvantitativního výzkumu. Výzkum byl proveden pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Hlavním cílem výzkumného šetření bylo zjistit, jaká je míra asertivity u studentů, kteří studují obory pomáhajících profesí.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of the diploma thesis is Assertiveness as an important element of communication in students helping the profession. The work is focused on two parts, the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part focuses on assertiveness, definition, assertive techniques, rights and obligations. It also focuses on the field of communication and on defining the competencies of self-help professions. Practical amount for the presentation of results obtained from quantitative research. The research was proven by means of a questionnaire survey. Main assistance for students studying the fields of helping professions.
