dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá povědomím nelékařského zdravotnického personálu o péči pacienta s anémií. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je vymezena 5 kapitolami. První kapitola charakterizuje lékařský obor hematologie. Druhá, se zabývá nemocemi krve v hematologii. Třetí část teorie se věnuje anémiím. Čtvrtá a pátá část se věnují edukaci a ošetřovatelské péči o pacienty s anémií. Pro praktickou část bakalářské práce byl zvolen kvantitativní výzkum technikou nestandardizovaného dotazníku. zaměřeného na povědomí a znalosti všeobecných sester o péči pacienta s anémií. Praktickým výstupem práce je vytvoření informační brožury.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The content of my bachelor's thesis deals with the focus on sick health care, in the care of patients with anemia. Thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part is into five parts. The first chapter is focusing on medical field hematology. The second part describe blood disease in hematology. The third part is focusing on anemia. In the last two chapters are described education and nursing care of patients with anemia disease. The practical part of the bachelor study was done by quantitative research, a non standardized questionnaire technique, and the goal was to get results on how nurses have awareness and knowledge in care of patients with anemia disease. This bachelor study output is a handbook.
