dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá edukací pacientů s ischemickou chorobou srdeční. Práce je rozčleněna na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je popsáno samotné onemocnění, jeho rozdělení, příčiny vzniku, vyšetřovací metody a léčba. Dále je v práci vysvětlen obecný pojem edukace a následně popsána konkrétní edukace u onemocnění ICHS. Praktická část je zpracována formou dotazníkového šetření, při kterém byli osloveni pacienti s diagnózou ICHS. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit, zdali, kým a v jakých oblastech byli pacienti s ICHS edukováni o onemocnění a jestli se cítí být dostatečně edukováni.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the education of patients with ischemic heart disease. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the disease itself, its classification, causes, examination methods and treatment. Furthermore, the general concept of education is explained in the work and the specific education in coronary heart disease is described. The practical part is processed in the form of a questionnaire survey, in which patients with a diagnosis of coronary heart disease were addressed. The main goal of the work is to find out whether, by whom and in which areas patients with coronary heart disease were educated about the disease and whether they feel sufficiently educated.
