dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práca je zameraná na problematiku týkajúcu sa založenia nového kaviarenského podniku v Trenčíne. Cieľom tejto práce je vytvorenie podnikateľského plánu, ktorého úlohou je objasniť jednotlivé kroky vedúce k založeniu a finálnemu zahájeniu činnosti tohto podniku. Diplomová práca je rozdelená na teoretickú a praktickú časť. Teoretická časť sa zaoberá literárnou rešeršou prameňov, ktoré sa vzťahujú na odborné poznatky z oblasti podnikania, podnikateľského plánu a vybraných analytických nástrojov. Praktická časť sa venuje prieskumu trhu a analýze podmienok podnikateľského prostredia v tejto lokalite. Obsahom praktickej časti je predovšetkým aj vypracovanie samotného projektu novo vznikajúcej kaviarne, ktorý vznikol na základe uskutočnených analýz. V závere práce je tento projekt podrobený nákladovej, časovej a rizikovej analýze. Výsledkom tejto práce je podnikateľský plán novej kaviarne, ktorý môže slúžiť ako podklad pre budúce podnikateľské rozhodovanie.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis is focused on the issues related to the establishment of a new cafe business in Trenčín. The aim of this thesis is to create a business plan, whose task is to clarify the individual steps leading to the establishment and final start of activities of this enterprise. The diploma thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with a literature search of sources that relate to professional knowledge in the field of business, business plan and selected analytical tools. The practical part is devoted to market research and analysis of business environment conditions in this area. The content of the practical part is mainly the elaboration of the project of the newly emerging cafe, which was created on the basis of the performed analyzes. At the end of the thesis, this project is subjected to cost, time and risk analysis. The result of this thesis is a business plan for a new cafe, which can serve as a basis for future business decisions.
