dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce je navržení projektu, který by mohl vést ke zvýšení turistického potenciálu Krušných hor pro ruské turisty. V rámci řešení byla použita SWOT analýza pro určení silných a slabých stránek, příležitostí a hrozeb zkoumané oblasti. Dále byly využity statistické údaje cestovního ruchu Ruské federace, České republiky a Krušných hor a pomocí dotazníkového šetření byl zjištěn zájem Rusů o tuto oblast. Provedeným výzkumem bylo zjištěno, že Krušné hory nabízejí rozsáhlé možnosti turismu a že ruská klientela jeví zájem o poznání Krušných hor prostřednictvím aktivní dovolené. Hlavním výsledkem projektu je návrh týdenního pobytu, který v sobě zahrnuje poznání památek Krušných hor prostřednictvím pěší turistiky a cykloturistiky.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The goal of the diploma thesis is to design a project proposal that will increase the potential of Russian tourism in the Ore Mountains. A SWOT analysis was used to determine strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the given area of research. Furthermore, the available statistical data on tourism in the Russian Federation, Czech Republic, and the Ore Mountains was used along with a questionnaire about the level of interest in the area expressed by Russian citizens. The research revealed that the Ore Mountains offer extensive opportunities for tourism and that Russians are interested in getting to know the Ore Mountains through active holidays. The key output of the project is a proposal for a one-week stay. The proposed holiday includes exploring the sights of the Ore Mountains through hiking and biking.
