dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce pojednává o nehojících se ránách v gynekologii. V teoretické části je stručně popsán proces hojení ran, fáze hojení, způsoby, kterými lze rány hodnotit a nehojící se rány v gynekologii. Dále jsou popsány možnosti komplexní terapie v gynekologii včetně lokálního ošetření. Vyzdvihnuta jsou vhodná terapeutická krytí k využití v gynekologii (s přihlédnutím k umístění, možnosti fixace aj.). Jedna z podkapitol se také věnuje kompetencím porodních asistentek v oblasti ošetřovatelských činností spojených s péčí o ránu. V praktické části byl proveden kvalitativní výzkum metodou kazuistik/případových studií, jejichž cílem bylo sledování a analyzování procesu hojení gynekologické rány, efektu zvolené terapie a ošetřovatelských činností spojených s péčí o gynekologickou ránu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with non-healing wounds in gynaecology. The theoretical part briefly describes the process of wound healing, the healing phase, the ways in which wounds can be evaluated and non-healing wounds in gynaecology. Furthermore, the possibilities of complete therapy in gynaecology, including local treatment, are described. Suitable therapeutic dressings in gynaecology are highlighted (taking into account the location, fixation possibilities and others.). One of the subchapters also deals with the competencies of midwives in the field of nursing activities related to wound care. In the practical part, a qualitative research was carried out using the method of case studies, the aim of which was to observe and analyse the healing process of gynaecological wounds, the effect of selected therapy and nursing activities associated with gynaecological wound care.
