Bakalářská práce má teoreticko-empirický charakter a zabývá se spoluprací základní školy a mateřské školy v jednom právním subjektu v oblasti přechodu dětí do základní školy. Teoretická část bakalářské práce se zabývá vztahem preprimárního a primárního vzdělávání se zaměřením na oblast spolupráce mateřské školy a základní školy v jednom právním subjektu. Empirická část bakalářské práce popisuje kvalitativně orientovaný výzkum, který byl realizován prostřednictvím rozhovorů s řediteli základních a mateřských škol v jednom právním subjektu. Hlavním cílem výzkumu bylo popsat spolupráci mezi základní a mateřskou školou v souvislosti s přechodem dítěte do základní školy. Výzkumná zjištění poukazují na skutečné výhody takto organizované školy a možnosti realizovat společné akce mateřské a základní školy, které usnadňují dítěti vstup nebo přechod dítěte z mateřské školy do základní školy. Dále výzkum ukazuje, jak jsou pro ředitele důležité vztahy, díky kterým je možné realizovat mnoho aktivit, které napomáhají vstupu dítěte do školy. Spolupráce je podmíněna fungující spoluprací základní školy s mateřskou školou, ve které je evidentní silná role vedoucí učitelky. |

The bachelor thesis is theoretically empirical and deals with cooperation of primary school and kindergarten in one legal entity in the area of the transition of children to primary school. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis deals with the relationship of pre-primary and primary education with a focus on the area of cooperation of kindergarten and primary school in one legal entity. The empirical part of the bachelor thesis describes qualitatively oriented research, which was realised through interviews with headmasters of primary and kindergarten schools in one legal entity. The main objective of the research was to describe the cooperation between primary school and kindergarten in connection with the transition of the child to primary school. The research findings highlight the real benefits an organised school and the possibility of implementing actions of kindergarten and primary school that make it easier for a child to enter or transition from kindergarten to primary school. Research shows how important relationships are for the headmaster, which makes it possible to carry out many activities that help the child enter the primary school. Cooperation is conditional on the functioning cooperation of the primary school with the kindergarten, in which the strong role of head teacher is evident. |
