dc.description.abstract	Bakalářska práce s názvem Využití metod projektového managementu při založení firmy se zabývá problematikou s plánovánim firmy. Táto práce se skladá z dvou částí. První část je teoretická a obsahuje základní pojmy projektového managementu, metody projek-tového managementu, které jsou spojeny s analýzou marketingového prostředí a na konec podnikatelský plán. Druhá část je praktická a obsahuje charakteristiku podniku, vypraco-vané metody, které jsou popsané v teoretické části a na závěr návrhy na opatření.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis The use of project management methods in the establishment of a company is concerned with company planning. This thesis consists of two parts. The first part is theoretical and contains the basic concepts of project management, methods of project management, which are associated with the analysis of the marketing environ-ment, and finally a business plan. The second part is practical and contains the characte-ristics of the company, the developed methods, which are described in the theoretical part, and finally proposals for measures.
