dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je na téma Bezpečnost a ochrana zdraví při práci ve vybraném podniku. Podnik, ve kterém se práce odehrává, se jmenuje Podnik XYZ. Teoretická část obsahuje požadavky na pracoviště, pracovní prostředí, bezpečný provoz strojů a evidenci pracovních úrazů. Praktická část popisuje metody nutné pro vypracování, postup při přijetí do pracovního poměru, pracovní proces, rizika, která z něj plynou a analýzu dotazníku. Na závěr jsou navrhnuta opatření pro zlepšení bezpečnosti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bechelor's thesis was focused on organisation of health and safety in selected organization. The name of selected organization, where process is being happening, is XYZ. The theoretical part contains requirements on workplace, work environment, safety operation of the machines and accidents' record. Practical part encompasses essential methods for thesis elaboration, process of employee entry trainings, on-job trainings and risks linked to all activities resulting from allocation. Furthermore, the thesis contains evaluation of the employee survey, whose result were used as an input for conclusions which are supposed to increase OH&S performance
