dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá právním rámcem ochrany života a zdraví, dále se v práci nachází specifi-kace trestných činů proti životu a zdraví a výklad skutkových podstat - toto jsou hlavní témata teore-tické části práce. V práci je vytvořena komparace právní úpravy trestné činnosti na ochranu zdraví a života v České republice a ve Slovenské republice, taktéž obsahuje analýzu trestné činnosti na území České republiky z hlediska četnosti, skladby a objasněnosti trestné činnosti. Komparace trestné činnosti a analýza trestné činnosti jsou obsahem praktické části práce.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The issue focused on in this bachelor thesis is the protection of human life and health in terms of Czech law. The theoretical part of this study explores the specification and body of crimes against life and health. Furthermore, the practical part compares and contrasts Czech and Slovak law legisla-tion on protection of life and health, including analysis of frequency, composition, and the clarity of criminal offenses in the Czech Republic.
