dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem vnitřního a vnějšího bezpečnostního prostředí a jeho vlivem na přípravu složek Integrovaného záchranného systému. V teoretické části je popsáno bezpečnostní prostředí a s ním spojené pojmy vnitřní a vnější bezpečnostní prostředí. Dále jsou zde vymezeny a analyzovány největší bezpečnostní hrozby pro ČR. Teoretická část také vymezuje bezpečnostní právo v ČR a poslední kapitola se věnuje bezpečnostnímu systému České republiky. Praktická část je věnována Integrovanému záchrannému systému a jeho hlavním složkám. Je zde popsáno personální zabezpečení těchto hlavních složek a s tím spojená navrhovaná opatření ke zlepšení stávajícího stavu. Praktická část obsahuje také kapitolu COVID-19, ve které je řešena připravenost hlavních složek IZS na tento druh hrozby. V závěru praktické části jsou analyzovány výsledky dotazníkového šetření, týkajícího se pohledu občanů Přerova na současné hrozby.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis deals with the development of the internal and external safety environment and its influence on the preparation of the components of the Integrated Rescue System. The theoretical part describes the security environment and the concepts associated with an internal and external security environment. Furthermore, there are also defined and analyzed the biggest security threats for the Czech Republic. The theoretical part also defines security law in the Czech Republic and the last chapter deals with the security system in the Czech Republic. The practical part is devoted to the Integrated Rescue System and its main components. It describes the staffing of these main components and the associated proposed measures to improve the current situation. The practical part also contains the chapter, that focus on the COVID-19, which deals with the readiness of the main components of the Integrated Rescue System for this kind of threat. At the end of the practical part, there are analyzed results of the questionnaire survey, related with the opinion of the citizens of Přerov on current threats.
