dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce řeší problematiku ochrany a bezpečnosti výrobního podniku z hlediska majetkové trestné činnosti. Na základě teoretických poznatků z dostupné literatury byla vypracována teoretická část práce. Dalším krokem bylo seznámení se s bezpečnostním systémem výrobního podniku. Pro vyhodnocení reálného stavu byly aplikovány metody analýzy rizik. Výsledkem práce je návrh, který odstraňuje zjištěné nedostatky v oblasti bezpečnosti a ochrany výrobního podniku.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis addresses the issue of protection and safety of a manufacturing plant in terms of property crime. Based on theoretical knowledge from the available literature, the theoretical part of the work was developed. The next step was to recognize with the protection system of the manufacturing plant. Risk analysis methods were applied to evaluate the real state. The result of the work is a proposal that eliminates the identified shortcomings in the safety and protection of the manufacturing plant.
