dc.description.abstract	Táto diplomová práca sa venuje problematike riadenia rizík v nami vybranom podniku. Jej cieľom je na základe analýz vnútorného a vonkajšieho prostredia firmy identifikovať riziká, zhodnotiť ich a následne navrhnúť také opatrenia, ktorých zavedením firma tieto riziká eliminuje alebo úplne odstráni. Diplomová práca sa delí na teoretickú časť a praktickú časť. Teoretická časť je literárnou rešeršou prameňov a rôznych pohľadov na pojem riziko, jeho význam v manažmente podniku a možnosti jeho ošetrenia v rámci podniku. Obsahom praktickej časti je charakteristika skúmanej spoločnosti, analýza jej vnútorného a vonkajšieho prostredia a následne samotný projekt identifikácie rizík a ich riadenia, ktorého súčasťou je návrh vhodných opatrení pre prácu so skupinou kľúčových rizík, ktoré analýza odhalila. V závere práce je zhodnotený prínos jednotlivých opatrení pre firmu a finančná náročnosť ich zavedenia.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of the final thesis is the risk management of the chosen company. The aim of the final thesis is the application of external and internal analysis in company's environment to determine risks, evaluate risks and later to suggest respective actions, which would eliminate or remove the risks permanently. The thesis is divided into 2 parts - theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part is devoted to the conceptual research of general risk definitions, its meaning in the company's management and possibilities how to erase such risks. The practical part describes the nature of the selected company, external and internal analysis to identify the respective risks and its management in the company's envi-ronment. In addition, the proposal of suitable measures, that could be used to control the detected risks. The final chapter deals with the evaluation of such measures and its finan-cial complexity.
