dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu současného stavu spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti. Cíl teoretické části spočíval ve vypracování literární rešerše na téma odpovídající pracovní spokojenosti zaměstnanců a formulování teoretických východisek pro zpracování druhé, praktické části práce. Cílem praktické části byla analýza spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti s pracovními podmínkami, vztahy na pracovišti, zaměstnaneckými benefity a odměňováním prostřednictvím kvantitativního výzkumu za pomoci dotazníkového šetření. Nedílnou součást práce tvoří doporučení ke zlepšení současného stavu spokojenosti zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the current state of employee satisfaction in the selected company. The aim of theoretical part was to elaborate a literary search on the topic of adequate job satisfaction of employees and to formulate the theoretical basis for the elaboration of the second, practical part of the bachelor thesis. The aim of the practical part was to analyse the satisfaction of employees in a selected company with working conditions, relationships in the workplace, employee benefits and remuneration through quantitative research using a survey. An integral part of the bachelor thesis consists of recommendations to improve the current state of employee satisfaction in the selected company.
