Diplomová práca je zameraná na vypracovanie projektu gastronomického eventu v obci Lazy pod Makytou. Prvá časť diplomovej práce obsahuje literárnu rešerš z oblasti eventu, event turizmu, event marketingu, vymedzuje teoretické prístupy plánovania eventu a tiež formuluje výskumné hypotézy a výskumnú otázku, ktoré sú ďalej skúmané v praktickej časti. Cieľom praktickej časti bola analýza súčasného stavu obce Lazy pod Makytou pre pripravovaný event. V rámci tejto časti práce bol využitý kvantitatívny výskum v podobe dotazníkového šetrenia, kvalitatívny výskum pomocou polo štruktúrovaných rozhovorov a tiež vybrané situačné marketingové analýzy. Na základe zistených skutočností bol navrhnutý konkrétny projekt gastronomického eventu, ktorý je výstupom tejto diplomovej práce. |

The diploma thesis is aimed at the elaboration of a gastronomic event project in the village Lazy pod Makytou. The first part of the diploma thesis contains a literature search in the field of event, event tourism, event marketing, defines theoretical approaches to event planning and also formulates research hypothesis and research question which are further examined in the practical part. The aim of the practical part was the analysis of the current state of the village Lazy pod Makytou for the planned event. Within this part of the diplo-ma thesis, quantitative research in the form of a questionnaire survey, qualitative research using semi-structured interviews and also selected situational marketing analyzes were used. Based on the findings, a specific project of a gastronomic event was proposed, which is the output of this thesis. |
