Téma diplomová práce je Projekt zvýšení motivace pracovníků ve vybrané zdravotnické organizaci. Cílem diplomové práce je na základě provedení analýzy současného stavu motivace, navrhnout organizaci projekt, který zvýší motivaci zdravotnických pracovníků v organizaci Pahop z. ú. Teoretická část se věnuje tématu motivace, stimulace a specifika motivace ve zdravotnictví. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření, rozhovorů, swot-analýzy, situační analýzy a dalších metod byla zjištěna současná úroveň motivace zdravotnických pracovníků v této organizaci. Na základě zjištěných poznatků je sestaven projekt přispívající ke zlepšení úrovně motivace zdravotnických pracovníků. V projektu je navrhnuto nastavení nového systému zaměstnaneckých benefitů, návrh na vzdělávání pracovníků, plán a financování teambuildingových akcí. V závěru práce jsou představeny nejen výstupy projektu, ale i časová, nákladová a finanční analýza. |

The topic of Master thesis is The Project of Employee Motivation in a Selected Healthcare Organization. The Master thesis deals with the identification of current state of motivation of the health Professional in the organization Pahop z. ú. Central to this Master thesis is the analysis of the current state of motivation and the identification of areas for possible improvement. The work consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the topic of motivation, stimulation and specifics od motivation in health care. The practical part includes introductation to the organization. Using a questionnaire surfy, interviews, swot analysis, situation analysis and other methods, the current level of motivation of health Professional in this organization was determind. Based on the finding, a project is compiled that contributes to improving the level of motivaton of health professionals. The project proposes areas for possible improvement of motivation, which significantly contributes to work efficiency and organizational development. At the end of the work are presented not only the outputs of project, but also the time and cost and financial analysis. The Master thesis is enriched with several appendices. |
