dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem "Organizace zdravotně-sociální péče ve Fakultní nemocnici Brno". Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je navrhnout opatření ke zlepšení hospodářské situace ve zdravotně-sociální péči. Problematika byla zpracována zejména pomocí analýzy koncepčních dokumentů Ministerstva zdravotnictví a Ministerstva práce a sociálních věcí a analýzy informací v informačním systému Fakultní nemocnice Brno. Další v práci použitou metodou je indukce, která stanovuje obecná pravidla na základě studia jednotlivých východisek konkrétních problémů. Lze konstatovat, že vlivem dezintegrace v poskytování zdravotně-sociální péče, ošetřovatelská péče poskytovaná pojištěncům zdravotního pojištění, není hrazena zdravotními pojišťovnami.V diplomové práci jsou představeny návrhy vedoucí ke zlepšení hospodaření Sociálně zdravotního oddělení, a to na základě poskytování poradenství veřejnosti za úplatu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of this diploma thesis is "Organisation of Health and Social Care at The University Hospital Brno" and its main goal was to suggest measures to improve the economic situation in this sector. The issue was processed mainly through the analysis of conceptual documents of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic and the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. Further data used for analysis were obtained from the information system of the above-men-tioned hospital. Another method used in this work was induction, which sets general rules based on the study of individual starting points of specific problems. In conclusion, nursing care provided to health insurance policyholders isnot covered by health insurance compa-nies due to disintegration of health and social care sector.The diploma thesis presents suggestions that would improve the management of the Social and Health Department. Such improvements are based on an advisory service provided to the public for a fee.
