Bakalářská práce se zabývá příbuzenskou pěstounskou péčí, kdy prarodičům je svěřeno do pěstounské péče jejich vnouče. V teoretická části je charakterizována rodina a její funkce. Dále je vymezeno období rodičovství, stáří, prarodičovství a genderové role prarodičů. Další kapitola definuje typy náhradní rodinné péče a vymezení pěstounské péče prarodičů. Praktická část je zaměřena na problémy a zkušenosti prarodičů s výkonem pěstounské péče. Cílem výzkumu je zjistit, jaké problémy se vyskytují u prarodičů při převzetí vnoučete do péče, jaké možnosti se nabízejí v rámci skloubení osobního života s péčí o vnouče a specifikovat úlohu sociálního pracovníka v pěstounské péči. |

This bachelor's thesis deals with family foster care, where a grandchild is entrusted to be fostered by their grandparents. In the theoretical part, family and its functions are characterised. Furthermore, the stage of parenthood, aging, grandparenting and gender roles of grandparents are defined. Next part defines the different types of alternative foster care and how they differ from grandparent's foster care. The practical part focuses on the problems and experiences of fostering by grandparents. The main goal of this research is to find out, what kinds of problems occur in foster care carried out by grandparents as they take the grandchild in, what options are offered within the combining of personal life and with the care of the grandchild, and to specify the role of the social worker in foster care. |
