Bakalářská práce se zabývá zjišťováním spokojenosti uživatelů s poskytovanými službami v domově seniorů.V teoretické části jsou definovány základní pojmy související s tématem a to stárnutí a stáří, senior a jeho potřeby, ale zejména služby, které jsou seniorům poskytovány. Dále také standardy kvality poskytovaných služeb, které jsou měřitelným kritériem kvality služeb. Praktická výzkumná část je kvantitativně orientovaným výzkumem zaměřeným na zjišťování spokojenosti s poskytovanými službami v oblasti stravování a ubytování. Data byla zjišťována formou dotazníkového šetření, které probíhalo v konkrétním domově pro seniory. Získaná data byla zaznamenána do tabulky v programu Microsoft Excel a dále vyhodnocena pomocí grafů a tabulek. Závěr práce je věnován shrnutí a doporučení pro praxi. |
