Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na oblast práce sociálního pracovníka s dětmi v náhradní rodinné péči. Především se zaměřuje na získání hlubšího pohledu na práci sociálních pracovníků a využívání socio-terapeutických technik. Práce je postavena na komparaci sociálních pracovníků z odlišných pracovišť představující doprovázející organizaci a orgán sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. Bakalářská práce se dělí na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část se skládá z pěti kapitol. První kapitola je zaměřená na vymezení náhradní rodinné péče. Druhá kapitola se věnuje jejich základním formám. Třetí kapitola se skládá z popisu legislativy pojící se k náhradní rodinné péči. Ve čtvrté a předposlední kapitole je nastíněna pozice sociálního pracovníka. Pátá kapitola obsahuje přehled soci-terapeutických technik, využitelné při práci s dětmi v náhradní rodinné péči. Praktická část představuje interpretaci rozhovorů se sociálními pracovníky, jež přináší poznatky, které z výzkumu vyplývají. |

This bachelor thesis is focused on the area of work of a social worker with children in substitute family care. It primarily aims to gain a deeper insight into the work of social workers and the use of socio-therapeutic techniques. The thesis is based on a comparison of social workers from different workplaces representing the accompanying organization and the institution of social and legal protection of children. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is divided into 5 chapters. The aim of the first chapter is to define substitute family care. The second chapter deals with the basic forms of substitute family care. The third chapter describes the legislation connected to substitute family care. Chapter four outlines the position of a social worker. The fifth chapter contains an overview of techniques of socio-therapeutic character that can be used when working with children in substitute family care. The practical part is an analysis of interviews done with social workers. The findings that emerge from the research are based on this analysis. |
