dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vnímání vlastní účinnosti sociálních pracovníků v penitenciární péči. Teoretická část je rozpracována na tři kapitoly, přičemž první kapitola se zabývá obecným vymezením penitenciaristiky, druhá popisuje sociální práci a kompetence sociálního pracovníka ve vězeňství, a poslední kapitola se věnuje psychologickému konceptu self-efficacy, u nás překládaného jako vnímání vlastní účinnosti. V praktické části se věnujeme vyhodnocení výsledků dotazníkového šetření a závěrečné diskusi. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit, jak sociální pracovníci v penitenciární péči vnímají svou vlastní účinnost.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis is focused on the perception of social workers' own effectiveness in penitentiary care. The theoretical part is divided into three parts, while the first part deals with the definition of general penitentiary studies, the second part describes the social work and competencies of a social worker in prisons, and the last part deals with the psychological concept of self-efficacy, translated as perception of self-efficacy. In the practical part we focus on the evaluation of the results of the questionnaire survey and the final discussion. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out how social workers in penitentiary care perceive their own effectiveness.
