Bakalářská práce pojednává o šetření příspěvku na péči pohledem pracovníků úřadu práce. Teoretická část vysvětluje a popisuje za pomoci odborné literatury terminologii příspěvku na péči, šetření příspěvku na péči, popis fází šetření a sociálního pracovníka. Cílem praktické části je zjistit, jak sociální pracovníci úřadu práce vnímají šetření příspěvku na péči. Kvalitativní výzkum je realizován pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se čtyřmi sociálními pracovnicemi kontaktních pracovišť krajské pobočky Úřadu práce ČR, agendy příspěvku na péči, ve Zlínském kraji. Pro zpracování výzkumu byl zvolen design zakotvené teorie. |

The bachelor thesis deals with the Investigation of the Care Allowance from the Point of View of Labor Office Employees. The theoretical part explains and describes, with the help of professional literature, the terminology of care allowance, the investigation of care allowance, the description of investigation phase of care allowance and social worker. The aim of the practical part is to find out how the social workers of the labor office perceive the investigation of the care allowance. Qualitative research is implemented through semi structured interviews with four social workers of the Labor Office of the Czech Republic of the care allowance agenda in Zlín region. The grounded theory was chosen for the elaboration of the research. |
