dc.description.abstract	Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit, jakým způsobem vnímají svou vlastní profesi vychovatelé v dětských domovech. V bakalářské práci se zabývám různými pohledy pracovníků na svou profesi, a to především v oblasti spokojenosti ve vykonávání profese, zvládání stresových situací, psychické hygieny, spokojenosti na pracovišti či vlastní pohled na sebe sama jako vychovatele v dětském domově. Formu výzkumu jsem zvolil kvalitativní a bude probíhat metodou rozhovorů, které proběhly v roce 2021 s vychovateli dětského domova a následné kódování těchto rozhovorů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The goal of this work is to find out how tutors in the children's home look at their own profession. In this work I'm interested in many views of tutors on their own proffesion primarily on satisfaction in performing the profession, dealing with stressful situations, psychic hygiene, satisfaction in work or own sight of themselves as tutors in childre's home. I chose quality research which will be performer by method of making interviews, which were made in 2021 with the tutors of children's house, and then were coded.
