Bakalářská práce se zabývá osobností vychovatele v dětském domově rodinného typu. V teoretické části vymezujeme pojmy související s tímto povoláním jako je vychovatel, vychovatelství, ústavní péče a dětský domov. Praktická část se skládá z kvalitativního výzkumu, který objasňuje osobnostní předpoklady a pracovní náplň vychovatele v dětském domově rodinného typu. Cílem bakalářské práce je seznámení s rolí vychovatele v kontextu jeho motivace, pracovní činnosti, předpokladů a vlastnostmi vychovatele. V neposlední řadě práci a spolupráci, kterou toto povolání obsahuje. Na základě analýzy získaných dat jsou navrhnuta opatření, která by mohla zkvalitnit práci vychovatelů v dětském domově rodinného typu. |

The bachelor's thesis deals with the personality of an educator in a family-type children's home. In the theoretical part we define the terms related to this profession, such as educator, upbringing, institutional care and children's home. The practical part consists of qualitative research, which clarifies the personal preconditions and workload of the educator in a family-type children's home. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to get acquainted with the role of the educator in the context of his motivation, work activities, assumptions and characteristics of the educator. Last but not least, the work and cooperation that this profession contains. Based on the analysis of the obtained data, measures are proposed that could improve the work of educators in a family-type children's home. |
