dc.description.abstract	Cílem mé bakalářské práce je sestavit přehled hlavních zákonných a podzákonných norem upravujících systém ochrany obyvatelstva na území ČR, které jsou v současnou dobu v platnosti. Tento systém zanalyzovat a na základě jeho vhodnosti, komplexnosti a případných slabých a silných stránek pak navrhnout možné změny, úpravy a doplnění o obdoby již dříve vyřazených zákonných a podzákonných norem, zákony, které do tohoto systému zařazeny nebyly a zákony systému ochrany obyvatelstva v zahraničí.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of my bachelor's thesis is to compile an overview of the main laws and by-laws currently in force governing the system of protection of the population in the Czech Republic. To analyse this system and propose possible changes, modifications and additions from previously excluded laws and by-laws, laws that were not included in this system and laws of the system of protection of the population abroad, based on its suitability, complexity and possible weaknesses and strengths.
