dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou informálního učení na pracovišti. Bakalářská práce má teoreticko-empirický charakter a obsahuje kvantitativně orientované výzkumné šetření. Hlavním cílem práce je prozkoumat, zda týmová spolupráce ovlivňuje (prostřednictvím sdílení informací a zkušeností) rozsah a četnost informálního učení na pracovišti v českém prostředí.
