Bakalářská práce se zabývá motivací seniorů ke studiu na univerzitě třetího věku. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část této práce obsahuje vymezení pojmů, poznatky a definice z oblasti seniorského věku a stárnutí, možností vzdělávání a motivace. Praktická část je zaměřena na rozhovory, které byly provedeny se třemi seniorkami, které studují na univerzitě třetího věku za účelem následné analýzy poskytnutých rozhovorů. |

The bachelor thesis is focused on motivation of seniors to study at the University of the Third age. The work is formed with theoretical and practical part. In the Theoretical part, there is a definition of some terms, knowledge a definition of senior age and aging, educational opportunities and motivation. The practical part is focused on interviews, witch were taken with three senior women studying at the University of the Third Age for the purpose of next analysis of the provided interviews. |
