dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na osobní hodnoty současné mládeže, na vlivy těchto osobních hodnot, které se promítají do komunikace, skrze chování a rozhodování. V teoretické části se zaměřujeme na specifika hodnotových orientací typických pro danou cílovou skupinu. Teoretická část práce rozkrývá a objasňuje faktory, které ovlivňují jak tvorbu hodnot, tak možnosti, které se promítají do komunikace mládeže. V praktické části se pomocí rozhovorů rozkrývají mechanismy vlivů osobních hodnot na komunikaci mládeže.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis focuses on the personal values of the youth today, on the influences of these personal values, which are reflected in communication, through behavior and decision-making. In the theoretical part we focus on the specifics of value orientations typical for a given target group. The theoretical part of the work reveals and clarifies the factors that affect both the creation of values and opportunities that are reflected in the communication of young people. In the practical part, the mechanisms of the influences of personal values on youth communication are revealed through interview.
