Jednotky požární ochrany jsou nedílnou součástí Integrovaného záchranného systému České republiky a představují významnou podporu pro profesionální jednotky Hasičského záchranného systému České republiky. Následující text se zaměřuje na jednotky požární ochrany kategorie II, tedy jednotky, které dokáží zastoupit profesionální jednotky, tedy JPO I, do jejich příjezdu, popřípadě jsou schopny zasahovat samostatně. Teoretická část popisuje historii dobrovolných sborů a jejich současnost a porovnává se systém na Slovensku anebo Velké Británii. Dále se zaměřuje na předpisy, ať už legislativní nebo vydané generálním ředitelstvím HZS ČR. Praktická část specifikuje JPO II Zlínského kraje dle jednotlivých územních odborů s uvedením výjezdových statistik, dále jsou popsány výcvikové možnosti ve Zlínském kraji. Praktická část také zahrnuje dotazník sestavený pro JPO II a ten je doplněn SWOT analýzou. |

Fire protection units are an integral part of the Integrated Rescue System of the Czech Republic and represent significant support for professional units of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic. The following text focuses on fire protection units of category II, i.e. units that able to substitute professional units, i.e. units of category I, until they arrive or they are able to act independently. The theoretical part describes the history of voluntary fire units as well as their present and compares the system in Slovakia or Great Britain. It also focuses on regulations, whether legislative or issued by the General Director of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic. The practical part specifies units of category II of the Zlín Region according to territorial departments including intervention statistics, training possibilities in the Zlín Region are described, too. The practical part also includes a questionnaire compiled for units of category II, which is supported by a SWOT analysis. |
