Předmětem mé diplomové práce je převedení účetní závěrky společnosti ZPS - Slévárna, a.s. za hospodářský rok 2004/2005 sestavené podle českých účetních předpisů na závěrku vypracovanou ve shodě s Mezinárodními standardy účetního výkaznictví. Práci jsem rozdělila na dvě části. V první - teoretické části se zabývám vývojem harmonizace účetnictví. Dále podrobněji popisuji vybrané Mezinárodní účetní standardy, uvádím i jejich srovnání s českými účetními předpisy. Ve druhé - praktické části jsem převedla účetní výkazy společnosti sestavené podle českých účetních předpisů na výkazy dle Mezinárodních standardů účetního výkaznictví. Také jsem provedla finanční analýzu společnosti pomocí základních poměrových ukazatelů zmíněných v teoretické části. Tato část také obsahuje již transformované účetní výkazy v souladu s IAS/IFRS. |

The topic of my diploma work is the transfer of the financial statements of ZPS-Slévárna, a.s., composited by the czech accounting standards of the fiscal year 2004/2005 to the final accounts composited in the conformity with International Financial Reporting Standards. My diploma work is divided into two parts. The first one - theoretical part. In this part I deal with the process of the accounting harmonization. Also I particularly describe the selected International Accounting Standards and I compare them with the czech accounting standards. The second one - practical part. In this part I transfered the financial statements of the company composited by the czech accounting standards to the reports composited by the International Financial Reporting Standards. Also I made the financial analysis of the company by the basic ratio index mentioned in the theoretical part. This part also contains the transformated financial statements in the conformity with IAS/IFRS. |
