Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou migrace cizinců do České republi-ky, a to jak legální, tak nelegální, azylovou politikou a integrací azylantů. Teoretická část popisuje pojem migrace, důvody migrace, právní aspekty a směry nelegální migrace a azy-lovou problematiku v ČR. V praktické části jsem se zabýval vztahem mezi žadateli o azyl (mezinárodní ochranu) a institutem azylu. |
