dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce pojednává o vzdělávání romské populace zařazené v registraci úřadů práce ve Zlínském kraji. Romská tematika je v současné době velmi diskutované téma. Mezi které patří zvýšená nezaměstnanost, výpadek ze systému sociální ochrany a chudoba. Mnoho různých organizací, spolků a hnutí má snahu tyto problémy řešit. Cílem bakalářské práce je zmapovat obeznámenost Romů evidovaných na úřadech práce ve Zlínském kraji s využíváním nabízených možností poradenství a neformálního vzdělávání. Využitím metod kvantitativního výzkumu jsou tyto fenomény blíže analyzovány a jejich závěry interpretovány a diskutovány.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis is focused on education of the Roma population included in the registration of the employment offices in the Zlín region. Roma issue is currently a frequently discussed topic, the including rising unemployment, the excluding social protection and poverty. Many different organizations, societies and initiatives try to solve these problems. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to identify the knowledge of Roma registered on the employment offices in the Zlín region in connection with using of counselling and non-formal education. Using the quantitative research methods, these phenomena are further analysed, and their conclusions interpreted and discussed.
