Cílem diplomové práce je zmapovat problematiku pobytových sociálních služeb pro seniory a navrhnout projekt na zřízení soukromého domu pro seniory v okresu Hodonín. Teoretická část práce se zabývá strukturou podnikatelského plánu a současnou legislativou v sociální oblasti. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na demografickou analýzu, analýzu makroprostředí, PEST analýzu a Porterův model pěti konkurenčních sil okresu Hodonín v oblasti poskytování pobytových sociálních služeb. Daný problém byl řešen pomocí analýzy současného stavu obyvatel, demografickou analýzou okresu Hodonín, rozborem výročních zpráv a vybraných statistických údajů daného regionu. Na základě získaných údajů byl navržen projekt a podnikatelský plán, včetně kapitálové náročnosti na zřízení a provozování nestátní organizace domova pro seniory. |

The aim of the thesis is to map the issue of residential social services for seniors and to propose a project for the establishment of a private home for the elderly in the Hodonín district. The theoretical part deals with the structure of business plan and current legislation in the social area. The practical part is focused on demographic analysis, macroenvironment analysis, PEST analysis and Porter's model of five competitive forces of Hodonín district in the area of providing residential social services. The given problem was solved by analysis of the current state of the population, demographic analysis of the Hodonín district, analysis of annual reports and selected statistical data of the region. Based on the data obtained, a project and a business plan were proposed, including the capital intensity of setting up and running a non-governmental home-based organization. |
