dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá studiem reologických vlastností krémů na ruce. V teoretické části je úvod do dané problematiky a to z pohledu popisu vlastností kůže, základním děle-ním emulzí rozvinutým do oblasti krémů na ruce a na závěr uvedení do základních reolo-gických principů. V praktické části byly připraveny formulace krémů na ruce typu O/V a V/O, kdy u každé byla dále modifikována skladba navýšením/snížením hlavní složky a byl studován vliv těchto modifikací na výsledné reologické chování definovaných krémů na ruce jak v ustáleném smykovém, tak také oscilačním režimu, a to při pokojové teplotě nebo teplotním rozmezí vyskytujícím se při praktických aplikacích. Práce také obsahuje srovnání reologického chování několika komerčních krémů na ruce.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the study of rheological properties of hand creams. In the theoretical part there is an introduction to the issue from the point of view of the descrip-tion of the skin properties, basic division of emulsions developed into the area of hand creams and finally the introduction to the basic rheological principles. In the practical part were prepared formulations of O/W and W/O hand creams, where in each of the composi-tion was further modified by increasing / decreasing the major component and was studied the effect of these modifications on the resulting rheological behaviour of defined hand creams in both steady shear and oscillation modes at room temperature or temperature ranges found in practical applications. The work also includes a comparison of rheological behaviour of several commercial hand creams.
