Teoretická část bakalářská práce je zaměřena na poznání nanočástic a jejich možnosti využití, především v kosmetickém průmyslu. Použití nanočástic se liší díky jejich specifickým vlastnostem, mezi které patří velikost, tvar, poměr povrch/objem, materiál a způsob syntézy. Praktická část se zabývá stanovením cytotoxicity vzorků obsahující nanočástice a osvojením technik potřebných k práci v biologické laboratoři. |
