dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá aplikací metody SMED na vybrané zařízení ve firmě TES Vsetín s.r.o. Je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část se zabývá průmyslovým inženýrstvím, produktivitou a štíhlým podnikem, kde je podrobně rozebírána metoda SMED. Praktická část se skládá z představení společnosti, dále představení stroje, obrobku a pracoviště. Poté následuje popis stavu seřízení před aplikací SMED a následná aplikace metody SMED. V posledním bodě je výpočet návratnosti investic a roční úspory.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the application of the SMED method to selected equipment in the company TES Vsetín s.r.o. It is divided into two parts. The theoretical part deals with industrial engineering, productivity and a lean enterprise, where the SMED method is discussed in detail. The practical part consists of the presentation of the company, as well as the introduction of the machine, workpiece and workplace. This is followed by a description of the state of alignment before SMED and subsequent application of the SMED method. The last point is calculating return on investment and annual savings
