dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vypracování podnikatelského záměru založení nového podnikatelského subjektu, jenž se zabývá prodejem produktů, karet a doplňků sběratelské karetní hry Magic: the Gathering. Uvnitř teoretické části byly rozebrány části: co je to podnik, podnikání a založení podnikatelského záměru. Dále je zde uvedeno, jaké jsou základní finanční výkazy a jak funguje obchod se zahraničím. V rámci řešení praktické části byly aplikovány teoretické poznatky k sestavení podnikatelského záměru, byly taktéž analyzovány metody z managementu a také rozhodovací metody. Provedeným analyzováním bylo zjištěno, že internetový obchod by mohl na trhu zaujmout místo a také být konkurenceschopný.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis is focused on developing a business plan to set up a new business entity that deals with selling products, cards and supplements of the collectible card game of Magic: The Gathering. In the theoretical part it was discussed what a business is, as well as what it means to establish a business plan. There was indicated what basic financial statements are and how foreign trade works. Within the practical part, theoretical knowledge to set up a business plan was applied and methods of management and decision-making methods were analysed, too. Following the analysis, it was found out that an e-shop could take a place in the market and it could be competitive.
