Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou nákladů a kalkulací výkonu oddělení zákaznického týmu. První část této práce obsahuje rozbor literárních děl zaměřených na problematiku nákladů a jejich klasifikace. Poté se teoretická část zabývá druhy kalkulací a kalkulačními vzorci. V úvodu praktické části je nejprve představena celá společnost a poté oddělení zákaznického týmu. V této části jsou zpracovány hlavní cíle této bakalářské práce - analýza nákladů dle jednotlivých kategorií a kalkulace výkonu pro rok 2018. Dílčími cíli v této práci jsou analýzy a výpočty nutné pro zjištění cílů hlavních - výpočet hodinové sazby. Na závěr této práce jsou zhodnoceny nedostatky týkající se postupů či výpočtů, které byly zjištěny při zpracování praktické části. |

This bachelor thesis deals with the cost analysis and the performance calculation of the customer team. The first part contains research of literature focused on the topic of costs and their classification. The practical part deals with types of calculations and calculation formulas. In the beginning of the practical part the company, and after that the customer department is introduced. This part deals with the main purposes of this thesis - the cost analysis in particular categories and the performance calculation for the year 2018. Partial purposes of this thesis are analyses and calculations that are necessary to achieve the main purpose - calculation of the hourly rate. The conclusion deals with the problems and flaws of methods and calculations that occurred during the working on the practical part. |
