dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zpracováním analýzy mzdového systému ve vybrané spočlečnosti. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části byly popsány základní pojmy, které se týkají zaměstnávání a pracovněprávních předpisů. Dále byla představena oblast odměňování pracovníků, příplatky a další složky mzdy. Závěr teoretické části se zabýval problematikou povinných odvodů a zdaněním mezd. Praktická část byla věnována představení dané společnosti a stručné analýze odměňování zaměstnanců v této společnosti. Dále zde byl popsán docházkový a mzdový systém. V závěru praktické části byla navržena některá možná zlepšení či změny těchto systémů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the payroll system in the selected company. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts related to employment and labor law regulations. Furthermore, the area of remuneration of employess, surchages and other components of wages are introduced. The conclusion of the theoretical part deal with the issue of compulsory levies and taxation of wages. The practical part was dedicated the introduction of the company and a brief analysis of the payment policy in this company. Furthermore, there were described attendance and payroll system. At the end of the practical part were suggested some possible improvements or changes of these systems.
