Tato diplomová práce se zabývá procesy managementu kvality ve zdravotnické organizaci, jejich výčtem, zhodnocením a návrhy pro zefektivnění systému managementu kvality. Teoretická část představuje management kvality z historického hlediska. Popisu-je teorie jeho vzniku, možnosti jeho řízení a cíle řízení rizik. V teoretické části je také představen současný stav řízení kvality ve zdravotnictví, jeho specifické cíle, součásti a metodologie řízení rizik ve zdravotnickém zařízení. Praktická část popisuje zdravotnickou organizaci, která spolupracovala při tvorbě diplomové práce. Představuje tamní systém managementu kvality, jeho rozvoj a následně analyzuje systém řízení rizik. Dále je zhotoven projekt na pořízení nového nemocničního přístroje na oddělení radiologie a nukleární medicíny s cílem zvýšení kapacity a kvality poskytovaných diagnostických služeb. Projekt je podroben nákladové, časové a rizikové analýze. |

This diploma thesis is focused on the processes of quality management in healthcare organization, its enumeration, evaluation and suggestions for improvements in the quality management system. The theoretical part introduces the reader into a quality management from historical perspective. It describes the theory of its origin, its objectives and goals of risk management. It also describes the current state of quality management in health care, its specific objectives and components. The practical part describes the organisation that cooperated in the creation of the thesis. It presents the local quality management system, development quality management and brief description of risk management system in organisation. In addition, a project for the acquisition of a new hospital device device at the Department of Radiology and Nuclear Medicine is being prepared with the aim of increasing the capacity and quality of the diagnostic services provided. The project is subject to cost, time and rist analysis. |
