V teoretické části jsou zpracovány důležité poznatky pro zpracování tohoto projektu. Analytická část práce obsahuje analýzy marketingového prostředí. Náplní praktické části práce je projekt založení biochemické laboratoře. Tento projekt je zpracován ve formě podnikatelského plánu.
