Tématem této diplomové práce je vzdělávání zdravotnického personálu v nemocnicích zřizovaných Krajem Vysočina. Hlavním cílem této práce bylo analyzovat systém vzdělávání zdravotníků v těchto organizacích, zhodnotit současnou situaci a definovat jednotný systém vzdělávání. Diplomová práce se skládá ze dvou částí, a to teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část práce, je zaměřena na vysvětlení pojmů v oblasti vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců v organizaci a vysvětluje specifická východiska vzdělávání zdravotníků v České republice z pohledu legislativy. V úvodu praktické části této diplomové práce jsou krátce představena jednotlivá zdravotnická zařízení, která byla zahrnuta do výzkumného šetření a který byl realizován pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Analytická zjištění budou využita pro sestavení projektového řešení návrhu systému vzdělávání zdravotníků. |

The topic of this thesis is the education and training of medical personnel in hospitals estab-lished by the Region of Vysočina. The main goal of this thesis was to analyze the educational and training system for medical staff in these medical care facilities, assess the current situ-ation and define a consistent system of education and training. The thesis consists of two parts, a theoretical one and a practical one. The theoretical part focuses on the explanation of terms regarding the education and development of employees in an organization, and it also explains specific starting points in regard to medical care personnel in the Czech Re-public, as far as the legislation is concerned. The introductory part of this thesis' practical part introduces the medical centers included in the research which was conducted via survey inquiry. Analytical findings will be used to create a project proposal regarding the solutions for the system of medical personnel education and training. |
